FreebieClicks will never sell or give away your email address. Your information may only be used to notify you of news about FreebieClicks. 4) Do I need to live in the US or Canada? At this moment yes, but I am exploring other options to extend it to other countries. Currently, there is no time limit to complete our sites! 6) What are the restrictions? You are restricted to one account per household per site! Not adhering to this policy will get you placed on hold. You may complete the sites multiple times by submitting a support ticket after a completion. 7) What information do you need? We collect general information that is needed to send your gift. We also collect your birthday, phone number, and IP address for security reasons. Also, if you earn a gift valued at more than $599 then you will need to submit a W-9 form for tax purposes.
1) Do you get any information from the offers? No, we do not get any information from the offers themselves. We track your completions through your user id that is sent along when you click no the offer. 2) How can I be sure to get credit for an offer? You need to make sure you enable cookies and clear your cookies before you get started. People seem to have greater success when completing offers in Mozilla FireFox. You should also disable any ad blockers and pop-up blockers. There is no "guaranteed" way to make sure you get credit, but most people do not have any issues. 3) What do I do if I didn't get credit for an offer? You may submit a Missing Credit Report (MCR) through the "credit request" link on your status page. Be sure to wait the appropriate amount of time before submitting a request. 4) How many offers do I need to do to get credit? This depends on the value of the offers. The values are shown on the offer page, just complete the proper amount to add up to 1 full credit. 5) What if I do more offers than 1 credit worth? This is of no benefit to you, but it also will not harm you.
1) What is a referral? A referral is someone you signs up for one of our sites under your link that is in your profile. They complete the credit offers like you did and they will count as a "green" on your account and apply toward your gift! 2) How many referrals do I need? This depends on the prize you want. Please refer to the individual sites to determine what you need. 3) Can I refer my family members? You can do this as long as they do not live with you. You are restricted to one account per household (checked by IP and address). 4) How are my referrals tracked? You must make sure anyone that signs up under you goes through your referal link which is located on your status page. We can not change referrals so make sure they use your link. 5) Can I transfer referrals or offers? No, nothing can be transferred. 6) How do I know if my referral completed their credit? Your status page will show the status of your referrals. 7) Are there restrictions to how I get referrals? You can try many different ways to get referrals, except for spamming. If your account gets reported for spamming your referral link, you may be placed on permanent hold.
1) Can I change my gift? You can change your gift at anytime up until you place your order. 2) Can I do a custom order? We may offer custom orders on some of our sites, just check them to see if there is a custom order option. When you choose custom order you just need to submit a support ticket letting us know what gift you would like and we will get back to you with the number of referrals required. 3) How long until I receive my order? Once you place your order you will need to be approved. Once approved, you should be shipped out within 24-72 hours (possibly sooner). For paypal, you will get your money as soon as it is "shipped". Other items depend on where it is coming from and their shipping methods. 4) Will I be able to track my order? If we get a tracking number, we will forward it to you as soon as possible. Paypal payments and online gift cards should be received instantly. 5) Who pays the shipping? We pay to ship your order, so you will not pay anything. Keep in mind that depending on your Paypal setup, they may take fees out of the gift we send to you.
